Accessibility statement
Last updated: May 1, 2026
LawnCaring is committed to making our website and service accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We believe the ability to send caring shouldn't depend on how you browse the internet.
What we do
- We follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at the AA level as our target standard.
- All interactive elements are keyboard-navigable and screen-reader compatible.
- Color contrast ratios meet or exceed WCAG AA minimums across all text and interactive elements.
- Form fields include visible labels, clear error messages, and focus indicators.
- Images include meaningful alt text. Decorative images are marked as such.
- We avoid flashing content, autoplay video, and motion that cannot be paused.
Recipient experience
The recipient experience is designed to be as simple as possible:
- The printed card requires no technology to read.
- SMS messages are plain text with no links required to act on.
- The optional photo page is a single image with no login, no navigation, and no interstitials.
Known limitations
We are continuously improving. Current known limitations include:
- The satellite measurement preview is a visual-only experience. We are working on a text-based summary alternative.
- Some third-party components (Stripe checkout) have their own accessibility implementations that we do not control.
Feedback
If you encounter an accessibility barrier on our site, please let us know. We take every report seriously and will work to resolve issues promptly.

Testing
We test with VoiceOver (macOS/iOS), NVDA (Windows), keyboard-only navigation, and automated tools (axe-core). We also conduct periodic manual audits.
