LawnCaring
How it works

Three taps. One note.
A lawn that looks loved.

You don't need their phone or a guess at when they'll be home. We handle introductions, scheduling, and the part where someone good actually shows up.

Step one — you

Tell us who, where, and why now.

Their name and street address is enough. We measure the lot from satellite and show you a price before you commit.

Pick the occasion After surgery, sympathy, new baby, deployment, just because — or write your own.
Choose how often One cut, monthly through the season, or weekly. Cancel any time.
Write a short note We print it on a thick card and place it in their mailbox. They never see a price or our logo.

Step 2 of 4 · The note

To Linda

Heard about your knee. Don't think about the lawn — Marcus is on it for the next month. Heal up. Love you.

— Sam

From the card from Sam

Marcus is heading to your place Thursday around 10am. Reply STOP if anything's off.

Thursday works. Thank Sam for me 💚

Thursday, 11:47 AM

All done — fresh cut and edged. Photo on your gift page if you want to see it.

Step two — them

A card in the mailbox. A text the morning of.

No app. No login. Just a printed note and a single text before the first visit.

The card arrives first 2 – 4 days before the first cut. They have time to expect it.
One text, the morning of Pro's first name, ETA window, and a way to reschedule by replying.
An after photo, optional If they want to see it, the link works. If they don't open it, that's fine too.

Step three — us

A real person, on the lawn, on time.

Every pro is a small operator we've personally interviewed, insured, and vouched for.

01

We match a pro nearby

Within 4 hours, a pro accepts. We pick someone whose route already passes by.

02

They schedule around weather

If it rains, they push. We don't bill for visits that didn't happen.

03

They show their work

An after photo gets uploaded before they leave. You see it. We see it too.

My sister had her baby on a Tuesday. By Saturday her front yard was cut, and she still doesn't know it was me. That's the whole point.

Not landscaping No mulch, planting, weed treatment, leaf removal, or snow.
Not gardening Vegetable beds, raised planters — we don't touch them.
