How we pick

Not a marketplace. A short list.

We don't let anyone with a mower sign up. Every pro is interviewed by a human, background-checked, insured, and trained on the gift posture before they take a single job.

30-minute video interview We talk to every applicant about their route, their truck, and how they'd handle a recipient who didn't know we were coming.
Background check (Checkr) Criminal records, sex offender registry, motor vehicle history. We rerun annually.
$300K general liability insurance Carried by us with LawnCaring named as additional insured. If something breaks, we handle the claim.
Two-cut probation First two jobs are spot-checked. We'd rather catch a problem on visit one than year one.
Quarterly photo audits We pull random after-photos and grade them. Three poor grades and a pro is off the platform.
